Interviewing, negotiation and advocacy:
Mock Trials
The 1st-Year undergraduate module (Legal Foundations 2 - Law & Practice) gives students a dynamic introduction to the world of legal practice. Based on a real-world case study, students work in teams to run a case from start to finish using active learning and role-play. As the case progresses, they develop key legal practice skills including client interviewing, advising, negotiation and advocacy.
